Jeanie is, by far, the very best support person I have ever dealt with. If you had more support staff like Jeanie, I am sure that your support queues would be much shorter (if not completely absent) and all your clients would be as satisfied as I now am. Jeanie acted quickly to pickup my ticket. She then answered my questions and sorted out the problem with the DNS clustering. Ordinarily I would have expected the extent of your support to end there, but Jeanie went above and way beyond and actually went through and cleaned up my zones on both my hosted cpanel servers. It is staff like Jeanie that put the value in using cpanel! Thank you.
